The Striders - Update on training!

It's been a very busy 4-days week-end with some amazing training sessions: nice runs on my own and along with clients, a few nice rides and some easier walks around my place!
It was high time for an update on the training page: I have developed on some of my typical workouts, from the very classical ones to some of my own make. Hope to inspire you guys to join me for some fun on the trails!
